GMP Brass Sleeve Bearings are engineered for versatile marine applications and perform equally well in strut and stern-tube installations. They are also widely used as rudder stock and pintle bushings, delivering reliable service in demanding operating conditions. Precision-fitted to shaft size, they provide correct clearance for efficient water lubrication. A specially formulated, oil- and chemical-resistant proprietary nitrile rubber lining is securely bonded to the brass shell through moulding process, ensuring long service life and dependable performance. Thin-shell options are available for small craft struts. Bearings are installed by light press-fit and secured with set screws or locking.

• Imperial - For Shaft sizes, ¾" to 20"
• Metric - For shaft sizes, 22 mm to 500 mm

Shell material: Brass 63/37 (C27200) up to 115 mm shaft diameter; Naval Brass for larger sizes, unless otherwise specified.

The standard size list used across the world is as below. In Standard Size itself, different regions use varying Shell thickness, Groove Profile, Lining Thickness etc. We manufacture Non-standard size list for shaft sizes mentioned above based on customer requirements.
